System integrator
Fully automated conveying and picking processes
The Dutch system integrator Inther Group is presenting its complete range of products and services at Logimat this year. In digital and live presentations, autonomous mobile robots (AMR), the latest model of the A-Frame technology and a conveyor from the modular conveyor technology range will be on show.
A goods-to-person picking solution for up to 500 picks per hour will also be on show at the trade fair. In addition, the Inther logistics control software suite with new functionalities and Inther project management, incorporating the latest developments in the hardware sector, will be the focus of the trade fair presentation.
The Inther Group, headquartered in Venray near Venlo, specializes in hybrid automation solutions in intralogistics. The company designs logistics systems and supplies and maintains picking, packing, storage and sorting systems. Coordinated process control is carried out using systems from the modular Inther LC software suite.
A-frame technology
With the current model of the A-Frame technology, the system integrator is presenting a fully automated solution for fast processing of complex orders. The storage and picking system for high order volumes with small, fast-moving items in cuboid packaging ensures the highest possible productivity and optimum material flow, even at peak loads. The modular design enables fast and cost-effective capacity expansion if required. In addition, the product channels are adjustable so that two columns with smaller packaging fit into one dispenser.
The products are processed fully automatically, reliably and error-free via ejectors. The most recent development for the A-Frame system is the integrated Puma (Positioning Unit Measurement Apparatus), a feature that sets it apart from the competition. The measuring module moves above the conveyor system and determines the number and dimensions of the products per application shaft. This is done using a special, sensor-based quality control system.
Inter Group focuses on its cross-manufacturer integration expertise for autonomous mobile robots (AMR). If required, the company integrates application-specific, optimized transport robots into internal material flows.
