Forming single-variety layers at high speed
Palletizing in confined spaces presents companies with challenges. With the HLP 6000 high-performance layer palletizer, Trapo offers a modular system for industrial applications that can be adapted to different space situations.
The HLP 6000 is capable of sorting up to 2,000 kilograms of goods into up to ten layers in just one minute and preparing them for dispatch. It has a footprint of four square meters. The system can be customized to make it easier to implement complex layer patterns. The HLP 6000 can be used to create any number of layer patterns in different formats. In addition to the basic version, it is available in two other designs.
