Effective intralogistics is increasingly becoming a decisive competitive factor for companies in various sectors. They are increasingly relying on automated handling systems in order to be able to respond to a growing variety of products and packaging, for example. But what happens if a supplier's standard range or portfolio does not meet the customer's requirements? Efficient project management is very important for all projects. This is the only way to reliably integrate upstream and downstream process steps, even for complex tasks or intralogistics systems - some of which have a significant proportion of third-party components. This is usually accompanied by the integration of higher-level customer IT solutions such as production control or ERP systems. The team thus takes on classic integrator tasks through to the handling of turnkey projects. "In the first year alone, we were able to successfully complete references with market leaders from the healthcare sector, the paper industry, building technology and the metal industry," summarizes Schmidt.
