Servicequadrat extends cooperation with ADAC Truckservice
ADAC Truckservice and Servicequadrat have extended their cooperation for another five years. The customers of Servicequadrat GmbH & Co KG will continue to receive help from the Yellow Truck Angels. The independent tire service has transferred the Europe-wide breakdown assistance organization to ADAC Truckservice for another five years.
"Our cooperation is a question of quality. ADAC Truckservice is able to map the individual requirements of our network very precisely and reliably. This enables us to ensure that a broken-down vehicle is back on the road again unrivaledly quickly. A truck only earns money when it's on the road," says Karl-Heinz Kuhfuss, Managing Director of Servicequadrat in Dieburg.
ADAC Truckservice, which has been working with Servicequadrat since 2003, has already handled over 60,000 breakdowns for the tire service. In the event of a truck tire puncture, the truck service organizes round-the-clock assistance throughout Europe for a total of around 30,000 fleet vehicles belonging to Servicequadrat tire customers. Incoming emergency calls are answered via free 24/7 hotlines in the caller's national language and the nearest workshop is commissioned with the repair.
Servicequadrat GmbH & Co KG is a joint venture between team Reifen-Union GmbH + Co TOP SERVICE TEAM KG and point S Deutschland GmbH. The manufacturer-independent service partner for tires, wheels and car service has one of the largest roadside assistance fleets with over 200 vehicles as well as a network of 1100 manufacturer-independent service stations nationwide for comprehensive customer support in the fleet and fleet customer business.
