The highlight at the trade fair stand is the Kögel Box. The dry freight box with 20 millimeter thick plywood walls and a 40 millimeter thick insulated roof from our own production protects temperature-sensitive goods. The 30 millimeter thick screen-printed floor is designed for a forklift axle load of 7,200 kilograms. The chassis from the Kögel modular system with its standardized modules, assemblies, components and the standard reinforced rear frame with welded 720 millimetre long steel ramp plate can withstand any forklift truck.

In addition, the Kögel Box has the load securing certificate in accordance with DIN EN 12642 Code XL as standard. With numerous equipment options, a high degree of individualization of the vehicle according to the respective customer requirements is also possible. The Kögel Box exhibited at Transport Compleet Hardenberg 2020 comes with individual equipment specially preconfigured for the Benelux market. This includes, for example, a twelve millimeter thick and 1,250 millimeter high screen printing plate as protection on the inside of the front wall. For quick and easy loading and unloading, a tail lift with a lifting capacity of 2,000 kilograms is installed.

The exhibit is also equipped with steel bumpers for increased collision protection. An eight millimeter thick transverse steel bracket is mounted across the entire width of the frame end plate as forklift protection. A series of steel combination anchor rails help to secure partial loads. Other special equipment includes an axle lift, a steel light carrier and much more.
