Vanderlande certified as a Top Employer 2019
The intralogistics specialist Vanderlande has been recognized as a Top Employer 2019. The Top Employers Institute awards this certification program to employee-friendly companies.
The Top Employers Institute assesses the extent to which ten areas of practice are supported by strategic alignment, the involvement of managers, appropriate applications and their review and the use of technology. Companies are scrutinized in the areas of talent strategy, HR planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, training & development, performance management, leadership development, career and succession planning, compensation & benefits and corporate culture and examined using an HR Best Practices Survey. This comprises 100 questions designed to examine 600 different practices within the company. Anja Treib, HR Director Vanderlande Germany, is delighted: "We are proud to have been recognized as a Top Employer. The certification program enables us to align our service even better with the needs of our employees, managers and customers."
