OHRA's cantilever racks for glulam arches
The Polish company Jagram Pro has expanded its warehouse in Susz with cantilever racking from OHRA. Jagram Pro manufactures glulam arches with bending radii from 45 centimetres and spans of up to 19 meters. The material stored there varies in length from 1.5 to 12 meters. So that the storage capacity can be used optimally,
the distance between the storage levels must be easy to adjust - depending on the size of the glulam sheets and timber packages. With the OHRA system, the cantilever arms are not welded or screwed together, but are flexibly suspended in the rack uprights in a 100 millimeter grid. This means that the cantilever arms can be adjusted without tools and the shelves can be quickly adapted to the dimensions of the items. In addition, the suspended arms give way in the event of impacts. Damage to the shelving or the goods is avoided. The Jagram Pro warehouse comprises twelve rows of shelving with a height of five meters and a length of around 20 meters.
