"The flood of e-commerce in recent years ensures attractive prospects for the future. We have been developing racking for automated warehouses since 1984," says CEO Edwin Bolwerk. In the early years, the company consisted of a handful of employees, today there are over 400. Nedcon has branches in the Netherlands, Germany, the Czech Republic, France and the USA. "There are now 19 different nationalities working at Nedcon, but we regularly hear that our employees experience a strong family culture. We work as a team and support each other in the various projects. That's what makes us so successful," says CFO Erik Lansink.

There have also been difficult times in the company's history. The relocation of production from Doetinchem to Pardubice and a series of reorganizations were not easy. The company has been growing continuously since 2009. CEO Edwin Bolwerk: , "We are looking forward to the coming years with a good dose of positivity. As long as we remain at the forefront of technical development and maintain the commitment of our employees, we are sure that we will have another 50 beautiful Nedcon years." Today, the company sees itself as broadly positioned, from standard components to complex, automated projects.
