The S100C is a solution for overcoming various challenges in the logistics sector. The robot is suitable for sorting production units, parcels and containers. It can therefore be used in almost all industries, e.g. 3PL service providers, distribution centers, cross-docking facilities and airports.

Thanks to a rotating chassis for locomotion and a collision avoidance system, the S100C can be operated in the tightest of spaces, saving 30% of the space previously required for sorting (according to the company). With the two conveyor belts operating at high speed, the robot is able to either process two items in one pass or deliver a large item at a speed of 2 m/s. If a package is positioned too close to the edge of the conveyor belt, the robot brakes and brings the package into a position that ensures the precision and safety required for operation. Another special feature is the mechanical structure and load-bearing parts of the S100C, which can even move parcels weighing 100 kg or more.

Kai Liu, co-founder of Geek+ and Vice President of Picking & Smart Warehouse, says: "At Geek+, we strive to develop robotic solutions where companies are not spoiled for choice when it comes to choosing between more efficiency or more safety. With the S100C, companies will be able to create a safer working environment and at the same time meet the requirements for accuracy and more effective handling of larger order volumes. The robot is also a good choice in an economic sense, as the system that drives the S100C allows for both ease of use and fast sequencing of operations."

The sorting system, which is based on AI-controlled AMR technology, ensures that the S100C is ready for use in less than two weeks, the company reports.
