Gebhardt Fördertechnik: More networking for intralogistics
Gebhardt Fördertechnik GmbH from Sinsheim will be showcasing ready-to-use solutions for Intralogistics 4.0, ranging from the Gebhardt Galileo IoT platform for networking and digitalizing all system components in intralogistics systems to the new OLS 3D Shuttle and the premiere of a freely navigating AGV system. With the Galileo IoT platform, Gebhardt offers operators the opportunity to digitize and network all system components, from the mechanics to the control system and the software to the cloud. The recorded sensor and process data can be used, for example, to detect faults or maintenance requirements of individual system components at an early stage. The system can also create a digital twin of the system in 3D and offers possibilities in conjunction with augmented reality. Managing Director Marco Gebhardt explains: "Digitalization is more than just software. At our trade fair stand, we will be demonstrating networking. A fusion of data from a wide range of sources and sensors is analyzed live in the cloud, optimizing warehouse processes."
