In 2017, Dambach launched the Multiflex pallet shuttle system onto the market. The development of storage and retrieval machines continues. Thanks to linear motors as travel drives, pallet storage and retrieval machines can now also achieve travel performance that is otherwise only possible with automated small parts warehouses. Linear motors not only achieve enormous kinematic travel values, but also significantly reduce wear in the drive system. The wheels no longer have to transmit drive forces. The operating costs are significantly reduced. True to the motto "Dynamics in the warehouse", the performance gap between conventional storage and retrieval machines and shuttle systems is closed. Dambach Lagersysteme is the first manufacturer in the world to offer storage and retrieval machines with linear drives across its entire product portfolio.
