SAP EWM solution from Knapp for EGLO luminaires
EGLO, a manufacturer of home lighting based in Tyrol (Austria), commissioned KNAPP to implement SAP EWM at its automated warehouse locations in Austria, Germany, the Netherlands and Hungary.
The company headquarters in Pill, Austria, is the heart of the global EGLO Group. In addition to EGLO Leuchten GmbH, the group also includes 50 sales companies within and outside Europe. EGLO markets its products in 132 countries and relies on SAP EWM by Knapp for its core processes such as goods receipt, storage, replenishment, picking and dispatch.
SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) by Knapp is a transparent solution that allows EGLO to make its own adjustments and programming. The first go-live is planned for the new warehouse in Magdeburg (Germany) in April 2021.
