With the company takeover, LogiSoft-S GmbH will continue to exist and the iLTIS software will be further developed as an intra-logistics system. Michael Wernado was appointed to the management board of Logisoft-S in April 2021 and is responsible for the operational business. Jörg Sänger, Managing Director of the proLogistik Group, supports Wernado.

"In our growth strategy, we are consistently focusing on the development of our innovative software solutions and the hardware developed at our headquarters in Dortmund," says Jörg Sänger, Managing Director of the proLogistik Group. With the merger of the two companies, the Logisoft-S product portfolio will be fully integrated into the proLogistik Group. We are convinced that this step will also prove to be an advantage in the long term due to the proximity of the two companies' products from the outset. In future, we will be represented for our customers at three locations, at our headquarters in Dortmund, in Pinneberg and in Heilbronn.
