The new wholly owned subsidiary of the intralogistics system house has been present on the market for more than 20 years with the modular warehouse management system WinLager and supports around 140 customers. "With its 3PL orientation, IT Consult Henrik Ernst GmbH ideally complements the portfolio of our innovation hub for logistics software initiated in April 2021," explains Jörg Sänger, CEO of the Group holding company.

Short communication channels and a direct personal exchange are ensured via the existing proLogistik branch in Pinneberg, among others. As a result of the acquisition, ITC's customers will immediately benefit from direct access to proLogistik's range of hardware, consulting and services.

"Like Dataphone, XELOG and Logisoft-S, IT Consult Henrik Ernst GmbH will continue to operate as an independent company within the group, which is already the market leader for warehouse management systems in specialized industries," continues Group CEO Jörg Sänger. ITC Managing Director Henrik Ernst adds: "I am also pleased about this development because the integration into the innovation hub has also laid the foundation for the succession plan at the top of ITC and guarantees future security for all WinLager users."
