Fabian Heidl new Managing Director at Soloplan

Fabian Heidl (32) joined the management of logistics software specialist Soloplan GmbH on January 1. This step had become necessary due to the ongoing expansion of the medium-sized family business. With Fabian Heidl, the second generation of the entrepreneurial family is already represented at the top management level. Company founder Wolfgang Heidl was previously the sole managing director. Fabian Heidl will focus primarily on the further expansion of global sales and support for the subsidiaries in Poland, France, South Africa and the USA. He will also be responsible for the SOLOINDO joint venture in Indonesia.

The Master of Business Administration (MBA) has been working for Soloplan GmbH since June 2006. Until 2010, he worked in customer service and support for four years during his studies. Fabian Heidl then took over the position of International Sales Manager. Since September 2011, he has also been Managing Partner of the then newly established branch in Poland. The market analysis and product presentation specialist is also responsible for the partner network in Europe and the sales and service office in France. In July 2013, Fabian Heidl also took over responsibility for strategic sales orientation as well as key and global accounts before being granted sole power of attorney for the business of Soloplan GmbH in February 2014. His older brother Christian and his younger brother Julian have also been active in the company for more than ten years.
