Thomas Sindermann came to Remira out of pure enthusiasm for the product: he was previously responsible for central logistics as Managing Director at the hagebau Group for more than eleven years. Among other things, he implemented the Remira inventory management solution LogoMate there before moving to Remira as Managing Partner in 2009. In his role as CEO, the 52-year-old has played a decisive role in the successful growth of Remira. One of his milestones was the founding of Arivata GmbH, which enables small and medium-sized companies to get started with inventory management.

In 2018, he brought a strategic investor on board and was responsible for the acquisition of other providers specializing in the supply chain. Under the leadership of Thomas Sindermann, Remira has developed from a provider of inventory management solutions into a group of companies for supply chain solutions. He is now handing over the management of the company, which has more than 100 employees at four locations in Dortmund, Regensburg, Hamburg and Augsburg and a planned annual turnover of 15 million euros, to Stephan Unser.

Experienced manager becomes new CEO

In Stephan Unser, the Group has gained an internationally experienced manager and expert as its new CEO. He has experience in leading positions - both in manufacturing companies and in the service and IT sectors. His professional background includes Bang & Olufsen Deutschland GmbH, bulthaup GmbH & Co KG, Märklin Holding GmbH and the Swiss company DE SEDE AG. Most recently, he was COO at dataglobal GmbH for nine years. "Stephan Unser is a proven expert in the areas of sales and marketing. He is also extremely experienced in the integration and structuring of companies," says Thomas Sindermann. "Stephan Unser is exactly the man the Remira Group needs right now. His profile fits perfectly with the future direction of the Group."

As the new CEO, Stephan Unser has set himself the goal of driving forward the networking of Supply Chain Solutions and the realignment of the Group. "I am very much looking forward to the task at Remira and would like to thank Thomas Sindermann for his outstanding work over the past eleven years," says Stephan Unser. "We will now take the next step, network our solutions even further along the supply chain, continuously expand the product portfolio and thus further increase the economic success of our customers."
