With the new Autostore Essentials Software Package, Autostore has been providing its customers with a software package since March 2025 that bundles the requirements of modern warehouse automation in one suite. The aim is to reduce complexity, increase efficiency and optimize system performance in every phase of operation. The all-in-one software package is designed to provide new customers with a fast and scalable entry into the world of warehouse robotics.
The Essentials Software Package combines all the applications required to operate an Autostore system in a single license model. There are no additional add-ons or hidden costs - all updates and new functions are included in the package price. This means that users benefit continuously from new software improvements, without additional effort or investment. At the heart of the suite are tools that optimize warehouse operations at every stage. These include the router software, which uses routing algorithms to ensure dynamic and optimized robot paths, thereby increasing robot efficiency by up to 40 percent, according to the company. With Unify Connect & Unify Analytics, users receive a data analysis platform that provides near real-time insights into all operating data. Dashboards and visualization tools make it possible to identify bottlenecks, analyze processes and make informed decisions. Console enables super users to control the system in real time and run maintenance and security protocols.

The software package is designed to help companies focus on the essentials: growing their business. Instead of managing different systems, the software controls all processes centrally and adapts flexibly to changing fulfillment requirements. This helps to maintain the high system availability of 99.7% and to identify and avoid potential disruptions at an early stage. Automated monitoring and diagnostic tools such as Xhandler proactively identify errors and rectify them without manual intervention, while the Backup and Charge Manager modules ensure reliability and optimized robot loading management.
