TEAM about the year 2022

Martin Schrüfer,

"We can show exciting digitalization solutions"

"Even though the start of the third year of coronavirus continues to weigh on our mood, we can still see a lot of positive things about the industry and our company that are encouraging.

Due to the foreseeable shortage of skilled workers, companies are realizing that digitalization and automation is the only effective and sustainable strategy for the future. This is the only way to ensure the necessary growth with the best possible profitability. This realization is driving demand for WMS solutions, from which TEAM is benefiting in particular. With the TEAM WMS ProStore, we are optimally positioned and can demonstrate examples of exciting digitization solutions in many successful customer projects. TEAM continues to grow and the inauguration of a new and innovative part of the building is planned for the spring, which will then provide space for a total of 100 employees in Paderborn.

Rising inflation, high energy costs and further supply chain bottlenecks will affect the economic recovery. Nevertheless, I expect demand in our industry to remain strong for the reasons mentioned above.
