This is also the company's response to customers' growing interest in product and topic-related training. A training room and an exhibition area with a selection of products have been created on an area of 400 m², which can be used for training purposes. On display are dock levellers, high-speed doors, cold store doors, vehicle interlocks, safety barriers, industrial fans and various accessories.

The new Rite-Hite training center offers training courses for customers, partners and employees. The regular seminar program for employees is designed for eight participants. For customer training courses, the number of participants depends on which products are to be trained and how intensive the program is to be. Service technicians are trained specifically for installation, maintenance and troubleshooting.

"We offer comprehensive and, above all, customer-specific training programs in German and English," explains Head of Training Christian Peetz. "It is important to us to always provide up-to-date knowledge about our products. Every participant can familiarize themselves intensively with our systems in the training center and bring their knowledge up to the latest technical standard." In the exhibition area, customers and visitors have the opportunity to test functions directly on site and receive advice.
