Personal and goods safety during loading
At Logimat, the Trapo team presented its autonomous loading system over a length of almost 13 meters and the special features that enable the continuous loading process.
This includes autonomous position correction when entering the truck. On request, the TLS 3600 can be integrated into a fully automated context - including the delivery of pallets by a shuttle swarm. As the link between the high-bay warehouse, goods issue and loading system, the TTS 1200 transport shuttles form autonomous systems that transport pallets safely to the TLS 3600. Alternatively, there is the TTS 3600, which transports three pallets at the same time and is positioned in line with the TLS 3600. In combination with driverless transport systems, the TLS 3600 replaces the usual forklift transports between production, warehouse and loading zone.
