HERMA InNo-Liner System
The newly developed HERMA InNo-Liner system enables linerless labeling. This saves thousands of tons of liner material that would otherwise have to be disposed of and recycled at great expense. The traditional siliconization of the label surface is completely dispensed with. This allows the labels to be pre-printed in multiple colors if required. The special, patented adhesive for applying the label is only activated shortly before dispensing using a new type of water atomization system. Unlike heat activation, for example, there are no speed limitations. The costs are just as low as with conventional self-adhesive labels. The label user can choose from a wide variety of label materials, as he is no longer dependent on siliconized thermal paper.
