Ramos previously worked as Customer Liaison Manager for an American supplier of audiological devices in the German market and will use her technical and international background to drive forward Elokon's planned expansion into new European markets. She succeeds Jürgen Ladiges, who is retiring from professional life but will continue to work for Elokon in an advisory capacity. Ulrike Ramos will build on the framework created by Mr. Ladiges.

"Customer service is the linchpin for any business and my priority will be to continue Mr. Ladiges' work. He has been instrumental in ensuring a smooth handover to not only meet but exceed customer expectations," said Ramos. "I will also be on the lookout for new strategies and initiatives that can further improve the smooth running of all related aspects such as quality control, timely shipping deadlines, production and logistics - whether on site at the customer's premises or in the office."

Elokon Managing Director Alexander Glasmacher comments: "It is our mission to offer the most innovative and highest quality safety solutions for intralogistics while ensuring maximum customer satisfaction. We are therefore delighted to announce the appointment of Ulrike Ramos to succeed Jürgen Ladiges as Head of Elokon Customer Service. Ms. Ramos' leadership qualities, as well as her organizational and interpersonal skills, will be an asset to our company as we grow internationally and, more importantly, to our growing customer base."
