Tobias Kassner becomes Head of Research at Garbe
Tobias Kassner is the new Head of Research at Garbe Industrial Real Estate, a specialist for logistics and industrial real estate in Germany and Europe.
The logistics expert has over twelve years of in-depth real estate experience. Since 2007, Kassner has held several professional positions at bulwiengesa AG in Berlin and Hamburg, most recently as a partner and division manager for logistics, industrial and corporate real estate. He also knows Garbe very well thanks to the many years of cooperation between the two companies.
Jan Dietrich Hempel, Managing Director of Garbe Industrial Real Estate, says: "We are delighted to have gained an experienced research expert in Mr. Kassner." Hempel adds: "Our clients - mainly institutional investors, but also our tenants - expect us to provide sound, data- and knowledge-based decisions as well as advice and guidance in markets that are sometimes difficult to predict.
