Stefan Wierzbinski becomes Head of Investment at Garbe Industrial Real Estate
Stefan Wierzbinski took over as Head of Investment Management at Garbe Industrial Real Estate GmbH on May 1. Stefan Wierzbinski (48) is the new Head of Investment Management at Garbe Industrial and is responsible for the structuring of new investment products on a national and pan-European level. Most recently, he worked for many years at Granite, a REIT listed in Toronto and New York, as Executive Vice President Europe and Managing Director. There he was responsible for the European real estate portfolio in the industrial and logistics asset classes in Germany, Austria, the Netherlands, Poland, the Czech Republic, Spain and the UK.
