One becomes three: New round of bosses at BITO-Lagertechnik
BITO-Lagertechnik Bittmann has reorganized its management as of 1 August. The previous sole Managing Director Winfried Schmuck is now supported by Dominik Freyland-Mahling and Uwe Sponheimer.
Schmuk led the company alone since August 2017, Freyland-Mahling and Sponheimer are long-standing managers at BITO and are now part of the management team. Dominik Freyland-Mahling is Managing Director Production (COO) and Uwe Sponheimer is Managing Director Sales (CSO).
Winfried Schmuck will retain the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and, according to the company, will "focus even more strongly on the strategic corporate development and innovation of the warehouse technology specialist in the future". Dominik Freyland-Mahling has been BITO plant manager for metal production since 2009. Uwe Sponheimer, who has been with BITO Lagertechnik since 2006, was initially Key Account Manager, has been Head of the BITO Project division since 2020 and is also Managing Director of BITO Steel Construction GmbH, which was founded in 2021.
