The expert in modular construction with systems has been recording continuous double-digit growth rates for years. In the 2019/2020 financial year, the joint venture between Goldbeck from Westphalia and the Vorarlberg-based company Rhomberg Bau is expected to exceed 200 million euros in turnover for the first time.

From April 1, 2019, the operational management will consist of Kurt Mayer and Michael Schmid in addition to the previous boss Georg Vallaster. Mayer and Schmid are both long-standing employees and managers. Mayer will be responsible for business in Switzerland in future. Schmid will take over the agendas for Austria. "We have now clearly defined the areas of responsibility and areas of authority and distributed them across several shoulders. With three proven master builders at the helm, we can continue to drive our company forward," explains Vallaster, who will continue to act as spokesman for the management board.

The previous managing directors Peter Greußing and Lars Luderer, together with Hubert Rhomberg, will now form the newly established advisory board, which will represent the interests of the owners Goldbeck and Rhomberg. "With our new top management, we are now ensuring that we will continue to operate in a solid and future-oriented manner," says Vallaster.
