General Assembly confirms EPAL Board of Directors
The Gütegemeinschaft Paletten e.V. held its first fully digital general meeting on October 1. held its first fully digital general meeting. The Board of Directors was confirmed and the Advisory Board was newly composed.
Chaired by the association's Managing Director Suzane Giurlando and CEO Ingo Mönke (Paletten-Service Hamburg AG, pictured), the digital members' meeting took place at the Hyatt Hotel in Düsseldorf and was streamed live to registered members.
The confirmed five-member Board of Directors is made up of Chairman Ingo Mönke, Deputy Chairman Dirk Hoferer (Treyer Paletten GmbH, Bad Peterstal) and members Friedhelm Haase (Palettenfabrik Bassum GmbH, Bassum), Jürgen Rademacher (Joh. Rademacher GmbH & Co. KG, Arnsberg) and Jörg Caspari (Caspari GmbH & Co. KG, Waldbröl).
Dr. Werner Andres (BGL), Christian Pospiech (HIT Holzindustrie Torgau GmbH & Co. KG) and Johannes Krenzer (Aloysius Krenzer GmbH & Co, KG) were appointed to the advisory board.
"The continuation of the cooperation with the previous board is an important signal to the member companies. This ensures targeted and consistent work at association level," says Managing Director Suzane Giurlando. "We are also pleased about the revitalization of the Advisory Board with the new members Christian Pospiech and Johannes Krenzer." The composition of the committees has been decided for the next three years.
