Change in the Supervisory Board of Jungheinrich AG

The Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Jungheinrich AG, Hans-Georg Frey, has informed the company that he will resign from his office as a member of the Supervisory Board and thus also as its Chairman with effect from the end of the Annual General Meeting on May 11, 2023.

"After almost 16 years at the helm of Jungheinrich, including 12 years as CEO and almost four years as Chairman of the Supervisory Board, the time has come for me to make a change," says Hans-Georg Frey, who would like to have more time for his family and his other responsibilities. "The early announcement will enable the company to initiate a professional process to find a successor."

"The Lange and Wolf shareholder families regret this step and thank Mr. Frey already now for his successful and great commitment to Jungheinrich over so many years," said Wolff Lange and Andreas Wolf, representatives of the shareholder families on the Supervisory Board of Jungheinrich AG.
