Alexander Leitner new Senior Vice President Innovation & Technology at TGW

Alexander Leitner took over the newly created position of Senior Vice President for Innovation and Technology at TGW Logistics Group on May 1. The manager is responsible for the intralogistics specialist's innovation strategy and reports to CEO Harald Schröpf.

He knows the needs of the industry, has already successfully accompanied innovation and product launch processes and can draw on a wealth of experience."

Alexander Leitner was most recently responsible for Global Product Requirement Management at the Kion Group, one of the world's leading material handling specialists. After completing his university education in Germany and the UK, the 44-year-old family man gained experience in various companies and as a strategic consultant. Born in Bavaria, he has worked in mechanical and plant engineering, the automotive industry and intralogistics, among others.
