Recycled corrugated cardboard without additives
Papier Sprick presents the Vari-Mailer, a fully automatic system for the production of customized mailing bags made of recycled corrugated cardboard from the roll. Just in time on site with simple operation, up to 1,000 mailing bags can be produced per hour. Insert the mailing product, press the trigger - and the product is packaged and ready for dispatch thanks to the integrated label printer. The Vari-Mailer is particularly suitable for shipping small and medium-sized products measuring a maximum of 300 x 250 x 50 millimetres. The system scores points with speed for bulk mailers. Only a single roll size is required to produce the mailing bags; 1,000 to 1,500 mailing bags can be produced from a roll of environmentally friendly recycled corrugated cardboard with a length of 360 linear meters, depending on the product sizes and mailing bag dimensions.
The company addresses the issues of process optimization, skills shortages and environmental awareness, which are becoming increasingly important in business and society. Papier Sprick also has suitable filling and padding materials for shipping goods in its portfolio. They are made from 100% recycled paper without the addition of virgin fibers, optical brighteners or harmful finishing agents. The PaperJet Fit, for example, a new padding system for smaller parcels, produces narrow and extra-strong padding for use in small shipping parcels. The device has a compact design and can be integrated into existing processes and packing station situations.
