Lantech presents the CS Random HS case sealer
The new CS Random HS case sealer combines flexibility with speed and is also suitable for applications where several packaging lines are brought together for sealing.
The perpendicularity of the cartons, which is important for an efficient logistics chain and stability, is maintained and machine jams are prevented. The system is available in versions for sealing with adhesive tape or hot melt. Users can achieve speeds of up to 25 cycles per minute (adhesive tape) or up to 17 cycles per minute (hot melt).
Thanks to an upstream signal or a camera at the infeed, the machine recognizes the carton formats being fed in and automatically adjusts to them. This means that cartons measuring between 200 x 150 x 120 millimetres and 620 x 510 x 500 millimetres can be processed flexibly. Automatically adjusted feed systems ensure that the cartons are fed in correctly with sufficient space between them.
