Wegener + Stapel: Convenient entry into automation
Process efficiency and flexibility for future growth and minimal picking costs of just 15 cents per order line are promised by the Flexpick storage and picking system, which Wegener + Stapel GmbH (W+S) is presenting for the first time in Stuttgart. W+S will also be presenting its new mailbox picking concept in a live demonstration with modules from the ConX50 conveyor system and a designed picking station. With this system, W+S is targeting small and medium-sized companies and applications in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics, fashion, spare parts, electronics and food sectors. The basic configuration is designed for the storage and picking of assortments with 5,000 to 12,000 small-volume products up to 300 x 300 x 200 millimetres.
