ProGlove introduces new glove scanner with display
ProGlove, the specialist for industrial wearables, is presenting new products: In addition to Mark Display, a glove scanner with an integrated monitor, the Munich-based company will be showcasing the ProGlove Cloud and the ProGlove Connect app.
Mark Display puts information exactly where employees in global supply chains need it most: on the back of their hands. Mark Display minimizes the errors and inefficiencies that often occur when using paper, handhelds and stationary workstations. ProGlove's matchbox-sized, multifunctional scanner display makes it easier for workers to receive the critical information they need to complete orders quickly and accurately.
The latest member of the Mark family has been developed for companies that want to build future-proof production and logistics processes and equip their workforce in the best possible way. Together with the high-contrast, non-reflective display, Mark Display's acoustic and haptic feedback guides employees through workflows, saving up to six seconds per scan and reducing the error rate by up to 33 percent. Mark Display is easy to connect, BLE-enabled and can be linked to the ProGlove Cloud, allowing customers to monitor the company's entire supply chain in real time.
All devices in the Mark product family can be connected to the new ProGlove Cloud. The ProGlove Cloud is an employee-centric solution for industrial process analysis. The data collected is put into context in real time and can be transferred to Mark Display, for example. This allows bottlenecks to be identified in order to optimize employee deployment in the event of unforeseen peak loads, for example, or to issue safety instructions to increase occupational safety.
ProGlove Connect, which comes with a software development kit (SDK), is now also available. It enables the Mark scanners to be linked to Android-based mobile devices and supports integration into the company software.
