More efficiency and ergonomics for multi-order picking
The mobile picking trolley Lydia Picking Trolley combines Pick by Voice and Put to Light in one application. With this system, up to 32 orders can be picked simultaneously.
The Lydia Picking Trolley has been specially designed for multi-order picking and combines the two picking methods Pick by Voice and Put to Light. The trolley has four shelves with eight picking compartments. The voice-guided assistance system from topsystem guides employees to the picking location in the warehouse. Illuminated displays on the shelves of the trolley show how many items are to be placed in which compartment.
The order picker confirms the sorting of the items via a push button or voice input. This means that even complex multi-order processes can be completed efficiently and on time. The hands-free/eyes-free concept also improves work ergonomics.
