bott offers innovative solutions for manual assembly with simultaneous order picking. The avero assembly workstation in conjunction with the ELAM system from Armbruster Engineering makes work processes in manual production efficient. Avero supply trolleys and FIFO racks ensure continuous replenishment and rapid material supply to the line. "Avero ensures efficiency, ergonomics and safety in the workplace," says Axel Theurer, responsible for corporate communications at bott. "The shelves on the avero workstation system can be aligned as required without tools. This supports the ergonomically favorable posture of the employee. Swivel frames position tools and materials in the outer gripping areas to the left and right of the employee over a large area."
