UniCarriers offers full service for forklifts
UniCarriers has launched the UniCarriers 360° model to organize its service portfolio even more clearly and provide customers with all services in a bundled form. The offer comprises six categories from which customers can select individual modules according to a modular principle. The modules include product equipment, financing and service models, driver and safety training as well as warehouse planning, fleet management and consulting. The aim of the new full-service approach is to offer each customer a service package and thus extend the service life of the trucks and reduce the total cost of ownership. As one element of UniCarriers 360 °, UniCarriers will be presenting the online fleet management system VOM (Vehicle and Operator Management) for the first time at the trade fair stand. The solution evaluates the performance data of the forklift trucks used and helps users to optimize the use of the fleet.
