Timocom launches value-added services
The FreightTech company Timocom supplements its customer offering with value-added services from partners.
Timocom also wants to help its customers with digitalization outside of its core business: "Until now, we have focused on our core business and driven forward the digitalization of the transport process," says Timocom Managing Director Tim Thiermann. "We have always had strong partners at our side. That's why it was the next logical step for us to expand our services together with them and new partners."
The name "value-added services" refers to offers from partners where Timocom customers receive special conditions. "Our partners cover business areas that our customers are involved in and in which we can now make them exclusive offers that they can only get from us," explains Frank Heimbürger, Director Business Innovation at Timocom.
