Segro gains new employees
The industrial real estate group Segro is expanding its team: Maximilian Droste (Development & Leasing Manager), Ramona Mohammadi (Property Manager) and Levi Brown (Property Manager) have been on board for business in Germany and the Netherlands since the beginning of June.
"We are delighted that we can continue to expand our teams with new experts. This will allow us to further improve the development of new properties and the management of existing properties in the interests of our customers," says Jim Hartley, Business Unit Director Northern Europe.
Maximilian Droste will report to Tim Rosenbohm, Director of Light Industrial at Segro Germany. Droste previously worked as a Transaction Manager and Senior Consultant for CBRE in Düsseldorf. At Segro, he will focus on new project developments in Bavaria and support the company in improving its industrial park portfolio in southern Germany.
As Property Manager, Ramona Mohammadi is part of the team led by Sebastian Hofer, who joined Segro in April 2020 as Asset Manager Light Industrial. She will work with Janina Kaya, Senior Leasing Manager, and SEGRO's development department to manage the company's business parks in the Rhine-Main region. Previously, Mohammadi was Property Manager at ESTAma since November 2017.
Levi Brown is the new Property Manager in Amsterdam. He previously worked as a technical manager at CBRE B.V. and Bilfinger Real Estate B.V. and reports to Marco Freriks, Asset Manager in the Netherlands.
