nox Germany: Start of partnership with Thinventory

With the start of the pilot project, Thinventory is now expanding its range of services to Germany. The central component of the project is the equipping of smart parcel boxes at hospital locations in Cologne, Stuttgart, Munich and Tübingen by nox on behalf of a technical organization from the medical technology sector.

The partners are combining their expertise: Thinventory provides the smart parcel boxes, while nox delivers the time-critical consignments directly to the boxes before 7 a.m. on the next working day. This means that urgently needed spare parts are available where they are needed before work starts. Technicians can start their work in the hospital without waiting or procurement times and can be sure that all the parts they need are available on site.

Productivity improved

Stuart Miller, Chairman of Thinventory: "We are delighted to be partnering with nox. Utilizing nox's logistics expertise is a great complement to Thinventory's innovative technical solutions and smart locker network. The location of the lockers outside hospitals allows parts to be delivered at night so that technicians can efficiently collect their delivery on the way to the hospital, improving both technician productivity and the customer experience. We are very excited to be operating in Germany and see great potential to further expand our services to benefit even more customers."

I am sure that this concept will also be of interest to customers from other industries and that we will expand our collaboration in the future."
