Panattoni Europe develops a further 1 million square meters speculatively

Hamburg, 4.07.2018 - Panattoni Europe, one of the leading project developers for industrial and logistics real estate in Europe, is stepping up its activities in the development of logistics parks in Germany. Panattoni Europe has been securing land in key logistics regions since 2017.

The company paid particular attention to the regions of Berlin, Hamburg, Hanover, Ruhr, Lower Rhine, Düsseldorf, Cologne, Frankfurt, Munich, Stuttgart, Rhine-Neckar and Nuremberg. The project developer aims to secure around one million square meters of land in these regions by the end of 2019.

Susann Birkert-Müller, Director of Business Development Logistics Parks, adds: "The parks offer many advantages for users, but also for local authorities. Resources and secondary services can be shared and the logistics infrastructure can be planned and expanded accordingly."

In addition to customized logistics facilities, Panattoni has also been developing speculative logistics parks since 2016, such as Panattoni Park Düsseldorfer Hafen and Panattoni Park Frankfurt Ost in Erlensee, both of which were completed in 2017.
