Lütjann new to the management of Imperial Logistics

Michael Lütjann (47, pictured) has been appointed to the Management Board of Imperial Logistics International, headquartered in Duisburg. He has been Chief Information Officer (CIO) of Imperial Logistics International since August last year. From 2017, he will also assume the position of CIO at a higher level for the logistics division of the entire group Imperial Holdings Limited, South Africa. Before joining Imperial, Lütjann was Senior Vice President IT Management Logistics at Schenker and CIO at logistics service provider Fiege. "With Michael Lütjann, we now have a proven and experienced IT expert at management level who will expand our company's digital infrastructures and further develop processes, working methods and business models with regard to their digital design," comments Carsten Taucke. The management team now consists of three people: Carsten Taucke (CEO), Michael Lütjann (CIO) and Thomas Schulz (CFO).
