Logivest brokers logistics space to Poco

The German furniture discounter Poco has rented logistics space in the immediate vicinity of its headquarters in Bergkamen. The landlord of the property is Logicor, and Logivest acted as a consultant in the search for a location and brokerage.

To expand its e-commerce business, Poco needs additional storage facilities in the long term. The new property offers space for around 35,000 square meters of warehouse space as well as additional office units of around 1,500 square meters. "We are delighted to have found the ideal property for Poco in the immediate vicinity of its headquarters. The region around Kamen is in high demand. TEDi recently rented around 85,000 square meters of space in the logistics park in Kamen," says Thomas Schmidt, Managing Director Logivest NRW.

The property in Bönen is located around ten minutes by car from the Poco headquarters, is directly connected to the A2 highway and in the immediate vicinity of the Kamen interchange, which connects the A1 and A2 highways. The site will be completely revitalized over the next few months. The halls on the site will be demolished and replaced by a new building. The move is planned for the first quarter of 2022.
