Ex-AgilityDSV Panalpina completes DKK 30.2 billion acquisition

All conditions and requirements for the acquisition of Agility's Global Integrated Logistics (GIL) business have been met and DSV Panalpina A/S (DSV) is now formally acquiring GIL from Agility, which is based in Kuwait.
