On more than 9,000 square meters, the company now also offers warehouse logistics and fulfillment solutions in the interior of the country. As a full-service logistics provider with globally standardized logistics processes, Gebrüder Weiss has a total of 90 logistics locations - in Europe, the USA, Asia and along the former Silk Road.

"Many of our customers are currently focusing more on production-related supply chains and increasing their inventories of critical materials and products. With our new warehouse in Southern California, we can provide targeted support to these customers," says Mark McCullough, Country Manager of Gebrüder Weiss USA.

Despite the volatile economic situation caused by the coronavirus crisis, Gebrüder Weiss believes it is well equipped in the USA: "As an international logistics company with a 500-year tradition, we have a very good reputation and stand for excellent and trustworthy service. We give customers the security they need in these uncertain economic times and support them with reliable logistics solutions along the entire supply chain," says McCullough.

Gebrüder Weiss has a total of seven locations in the USA. All are fully operational despite the Covid-19 virus and continue to handle air and sea freight as well as domestic transportation and warehouse logistics. Appropriate safety precautions were taken at an early stage, such as protective equipment for all warehouse employees (masks, gloves, disinfectants), contactless delivery of goods and separate work areas to maintain social distancing.
