E-cargo bike from citkar shines at the German Design Award 2019

The young company citkar won two awards at the German Design Award 2019 for its Loadster e-cargo bike.

The Loadster was developed together with the company invivo industrial design. It is covered and can be ridden on cycle paths without a driver's license. The load capacity is up to 100 kilograms. The model is currently being tested at Zalando, among others. "We are particularly pleased about this award, as we have invested a lot of time in the Loadster to create a mixture of an outstanding commercial vehicle and an appealing appearance," says citkar Managing Director Jonas Kremer.

In the Universal Design category, citkar was awarded the title 'Winner', and in the individual category Excellent Product Design for Bicycles and E-Bikes, citkar received a 'Special Mention'. Interested parties can take a look at the e-cargo bike at eMove360 in Munich.
