DSV completes takeover of Panalpina

All conditions and requirements for the takeover of Panalpina have now been met.

Upon completion of the transaction, the previously announced changes to Panalpina's Board of Directors will come into effect. Kurt Kokhauge Larsen will become Chairman of the Board of Directors, Jens Bjørn Andersen, Jens H. Lund and Thomas Stig Plenborg will become members of the Panalpina Board of Directors, giving DSV full control over Panalpina.
