Arnold expands management

"Writing success stories together" is the company motto of the Main-Franconian logistics service provider Arnold Speditions GmbH. From its offices in Rimpar, the 25-strong team of specialists organizes and coordinates transports of all sizes worldwide.

Oliver Arnold has been managing the group of companies consisting of Arnold Schwerlast GmbH & Co KG, Arnold Speditions GmbH and Arnold Logistics GmbH for 17 years. The crisis-tested 54-year-old is looking to the future with foresight, and is making plans to add another milestone to the company's almost 80-year history.

Almost three years ago, Oliver Arnold brought his long-time employee Heike Fuchs into his management team as an authorized signatory. At the turn of the year 2022/23, he promoted the 38-year-old to equal Managing Director of Arnold Speditions GmbH, thus setting the course for his succession at an early stage. The forwarding agent grew up in Arnstein and has now been demonstrating her expertise in the international logistics business at Arnold for 16 years.

With the additional appointment of Heike Fuchs as Managing Director, Arnold is introducing the principle of a so-called "dual leadership" in the company. "Among other things, we want to further strengthen operational management, which is also becoming increasingly important in light of the growing challenges in a changing world," says the former sole Managing Director, emphasizing the measure.

Oliver Arnold attaches great importance to teamwork and innovative ideas. He hopes that the fact that his new Co-Managing Director is valued both professionally and personally by all his colleagues will create a shared history with the entire team and thus provide a sustainable boost for the further dynamic development of his company.
