90 young people start their training at Fiege

A new training year has begun: More than 90 trainees and dual students are starting their careers at Fiege's German branches. The logistics service provider offers training in 14 different professions, both industrial and commercial.

"We offer very different apprenticeships - not only specifically in the logistics environment. You can also learn to be a motor vehicle mechatronics technician or study business informatics with us", says Bettina Pick, HR developer at Fiege.

Mostly classic logistics professions
The majority of new entrants learn one of the classic logistics professions, such as warehouse logistics specialist, warehouse clerk or freight forwarding and logistics services clerk.

High hiring rate
Currently, 282 young people are undergoing training at Fiege, 136 of them in the industrial sector and 146 in the commercial sector. 48 are also completing a dual logistics degree. Even after their studies or training, many continue at Fiege. "Our retention rate has continued to rise over the last few years", says Bettina Pick. A good apprenticeship or a dual study program is the perfect way to start a career at Fiege.
