17 prospective forwarding and logistics specialists, six warehouse logistics specialists, three professional drivers, one office management assistant and one IT specialist each in application development and system integration are starting their training at the logistics specialist today. To protect everyone's health, L.I.T. has taken special precautions in the coronavirus year.

"We have managed to maintain the number of new entrants at the record level of the previous year. This confirms our high quality as a training company and makes us very proud," says Astrid Jonat, Head of Training at L.I.T. AG. Thanks to early selection interviews and contract signings, the logistics company's recruitment this year was almost complete before the peak phase of the pandemic began in Germany. It is already clear that L.I.T. will continue to offer apprenticeships in 2021 to the same extent as before, regardless of the coronavirus-related shortfalls in school internships and training fairs.
