New business park near the airport
Since the beginning of March, the new Segro Park Mörfelden has been offering modern hall and office space in the immediate vicinity of Frankfurt am Main Airport. The business park consists of three properties with flexible rental units ranging from 450 to 7,000 square meters.
The site is directly connected to the A5 highway and Frankfurt city center can be reached in around 20 minutes. All ready-to-occupy buildings have been awarded the DGNB Gold certificate. Thanks to its location and layout, Segro Park Mörfelden is suitable for medium-sized companies in the production and logistics sectors. The park also offers rental space for airport-related service providers and e-commerce companies. According to the company, Segro Park Mörfelden thus exemplifies the concept of realizing inner-city business parks with an aesthetic design and high energy and environmental standards. A total of more than 16,000 square meters of space is currently still available at the site. ms
